Development of SME safety diagnosis products and service business models
In order to develop a portable environmental safety diagnosis kit and an app-based service system, a company's product and service business model were developed. This project was an outsourcing project of the Korea Design Promotion Agency under the supervision of the Ministry of Trade, Industry and Energy's Industrial Core Technology Development Project.

A business model was developed to upgrade corporate products and services through stakeholder identification workshops. Business consulting of companies was conducted by organizing a service flowchart that embodies values that are difficult to find in similar services.
